All students are hereby informed that the re-registration for the Even Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026 will be conducted in accordance with the regulations and schedule stipulated by the University. Students are expected to carefully review the following information and complete the re-registration process in a timely manner.
Prior to submitting applications for semester leave, reactivation of student status, study period extension, as well as tuition fee (UKT) reduction or deferment, students are required to first obtain letter approval through the SMS FT Correspondence System. Guidelines and correspondence procedures can be accessed via the following link: https://archiplan.ugm.ac.id/id/alur-persuratan/. Once the letter has been approved, the relevant applications may then be submitted through SIMASTER.
Re-registration Timeline for the Even Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026
- Student Re-registration
Re-registration period: 2–31 January 2026 - Deferment of Tuition Fee (UKT) Payment
a. Application submission period by students through their respective SIMASTER accounts: 22 December 2025 – 27 January 2026.
b. Review and verification period by the Study Program and Faculty/School: 22 December 2025 – 27 January 2026.
c. The results of the review/verification can be viewed through notifications in the SIMASTER system.
• If the application is rejected, students may proceed with UKT payment no later than 31 January 2026.
• If the application is approved, students are permitted to make the UKT payment during the period of 23 March – 3 April 2026 (prior to the Mid-Semester Examination). - Tuition Fee (UKT) Reduction
a. Applications for UKT reduction are submitted by students to the Dean of the Faculty/School through http://simaster.ugm.ac.id during the period of 22 December 2025 – 23 January 2026, using their respective SIMASTER accounts.
b. The review and verification process by the Faculty/School is conducted through https://student.simaster.ugm.ac.id during the period of 22 December 2025 – 27 January 2026.
c. Specifically for applications related to refunds, submissions through SIMASTER will be open during the period of 2 – 11 April 2026.
